The hotel exceeded expectations with its well-designed, furnished rooms and excellent spa facilities. The staff were friendly and efficient, and hiring ski equipment was convenient. The location, just minutes from the ski lift, was perfect.

We enjoyed the sauna area, which were very relaxant after a day of intensive skiing. Also we can say only superlative words about the hotel staff.

We disliked a lot of (mainly Hungarian) guests behavior of entering the sauna area with small kids, and wearing bathing suits even these were forbidden. The kids and their parents were disturbed by our nudity.... This rules were displayed in many places even in their Hungarian language, but they ignored them. Please note I have nothing against Hungarians in general way because I am also Hungarian, but some of them think if they payed for the hotel they have not to respect any rules because they are the guest.

A great location within walking distance to most attractions, perfect for skiing, we had a fantastic time at this relax resort.

Located close to the ski lift, this hotel provides excellent facilities for storing ski equipment overnight. the room and bathroom were clean, and the service provided by the friendly staff was outstanding. the breakfast buffet was varied, with fresh fruits and fast refills. the fitness area was great, and swimming gowns were provided for free. the hotel boasts beautiful views of the mountains, and the sauna world is fantastic.

The dinner offered by the hotel may seem repetitive at times.

The surroundings were really nice and it was easy to get to the slopes. the food was pretty decent and the staff were friendly and kind. we were able to rent sport equipment at the hotel.

The room was not satisfactory, it was not as clean as it should have been and didn't look very nice. the price was just too expensive for what was offered.
